Single-family homes

eProjecta has been the technical office responsible for the design and execution control of the facilities for the promotion of 12 single-family homes in the town of Masnou intended for high-level rentals, executed between 2015-2016. These are 12 homes with private parking, underfloor water heating and cooling installations with a high-performance ALB system and a production unit using an aerothermal system. We have also designed and executed the construction control of the sanitary water, telecommunications and electricity installations, as well as the security and parking control installations.
