La Taverna d’en Mallol

At eProjecta we had the pleasure and opportunity to participate in the total rehabilitation of a well-known and emblematic venue for the city of Manresa, "La Taverna d'en Mallol". "La Taverna d'en Mallol", is a family restaurant founded in 1954, which was originally a winery dedicated to the sale of wine, progressively transforming into a bar, finally becoming, and over the years, a bar. -restaurant that it is today. The restaurant's culinary offering is based on Mediterranean cuisine, with an extensive range of wines (from various appellations of origin), as well as cavas and champagnes, and a wide variety of blends, malts, brandies and cognacs. From the office we carry out the design, legalization and management of the work of all the facilities, as well as managing the necessary permits to be able to carry out the new activity and obtain the necessary permits from the city council.
