eProjecta, as head engineering, has been in charge of carrying out the entire works project for your company: the basic and executive project of an industrial building, made up of three plots, has been carried out , each of 834.4 m². The land on which it has been built consists of plots of scheduled urbanized land, without existing buildings, with the conditions for grouping the buildings set by the planning. The plots have an area of ​​2,503.20 m², rectangular in shape and measuring 14m wide by 59.60m deep each. In addition, we have adopted the figure of "Project Management", helping the client to control the work. The projected building will provide functionality, security and habitability that will guarantee the basic requirements of the CTE, in relation to the basic requirements of the LOE, and also respond to the rest of the applicable regulations.
